Welcome to Rakesh Cycle Store. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, purchase of products and interaction with our staff or website. By purchasing or using services, you agree to these Terms.

Placing an order: You may place orders in-store, by phone or via WhatsApp. Orders are accepted subject to availability.

Payment: We accept cash, UPI and online payments. Payment confirmation is required before delivery or service commencement (unless otherwise agreed).

Pricing: Prices displayed are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions.

We provide local delivery within Agra. Delivery times vary based on product and location—typical local delivery is 1–5 business days. We will notify you of estimated delivery times at purchase.

Please check the product on delivery for visible damage. If the package is damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Our return & exchange policy depends on the product type. For unopened accessories, returns/exchanges available within 7 days with proof of purchase. For bicycles, please discuss with sales staff—some returns may not be possible after assembly.

Service refunds: If a repair/service does not resolve the issue and is due to our workmanship, we will rework the repair at no additional cost or offer a fair resolution.

Manufacturer warranties apply to branded bicycles and parts — warranty periods vary by brand. We will help you with warranty claims when applicable. Our in-store service warranty (for work we perform) typically covers workmanship for 7–30 days—see your invoice for exact terms.

Please use products safely and maintain them as per manufacturer instructions. For services, provide accurate information about issues and consent for recommended repairs. Misuse or unauthorized modifications may void warranties.

We collect basic contact information for orders and service (name, phone, address, email). We do not sell customer data. We may use WhatsApp/phone to communicate order status. For more details about data handling, contact us at the details below.

To the extent permitted by law, Rakesh Cycle Store will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for defective products will be limited to the purchase price or repair cost, as appropriate.

All content on our website and documents (images, text, logos) are owned by or licensed to Rakesh Cycle Store. You may not reuse our content without permission.

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the updated Terms and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
